Afghanistan में Taliban के कब्जे के बाद अब UNSC का रूख बदला हुआ दिखाई दे रहे हैं. ऐसा इसलिए क्योंकि UNSC ने आतंकवाद को लेकर बयान से तालिबान का नाम हटा दिया. जिसके बाद से ही UNSC का नजरिया तालिबान को लेकर नरम दिख रहा है.
