Amid the ongoing turf war in Punjab Congress, the All India Congress Committee in charge of Punjab Harish Rawat met party leader Rahul Gandhi on Saturday. The meeting between the two began at 11 am. Commenting on the meeting, Rawat told reporters he has briefed Rahul Gandhi on Punjab. But in Congress, Sidhu-Captain is going their own way. Sidhu is threatening to go against the party if not allowed to take decisions on his own, while the captain is showing strength by showing his democratic power and in the midst of all this Harish Rawat is making visits from Dehradun to Chandigarh and Delhi.
