Black Chicken Gravy Ingredients :
For the Green Spice-mix -
8 Garlic Cloves
2 inch Ginger (chopped)
4-5 Green Chillies
1 cup Coriander Leaves
Water (as required)
For the Marination -
750 gms Chicken
½ cup Yogurt
Salt (as per taste)
3-4 tbsp Pre-made Green Spice-mix
For Black Spice-mix -
1 Onion (charred)
½ Coconut (charred)
Water (as required)
For the Gravy -
4 tbsp Oil
½ cup Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Green Spice-mix
2-3 tbsp Garam Masala (recipe given below)
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Turmeric Powder
