Telstra, Optus, and TPG are facing claims they misled hundreds of thousands of consumers over NBM claims. The ACCC is taking the three providers to court alleging they accepted payment for plans that they could not deliver on. The companies could be forced to pay millions of dollars in fines if they're found guilty.
