On the occasion of Raksha Bandhan, former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav celebrated the festival by getting the holy thread or rakhi tied on his wrist by young girl at Etawah's Saifai. Girl tied the sacred thread of love and care on Akhilesh's hand.
