The mortgage forbearance is ending and you may be wondering what are these 5,000,000 homeowners going to do? Are we going to see a tidal wave of foreclosures?
Well, it’s not quite the 5,000,000 that mainstream media continues to mention. We’re actually about HALF that number now.
The majority that were originally enrolled in the mortgage forbearance plan have left it, and they left unscathed.
But, 2,500,000 people that are delinquent on their mortgage payments are left in the program.
That’s still a lot, right?
