Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has suffered a setback in the violence after the assembly elections in West Bengal. The Calcutta High Court has given a big order in the case of violence. It has been said in the judgment that the CBI will investigate the violence after the elections. On Thursday, a 5-judge bench of the Calcutta High Court has asked to hand over the investigation of post-poll violence cases to the Central Bureau of Investigation.
