The rising water level of the Ganga and Gandak rivers in Bihar is creating ruckus in several parts of Bihar. At least 12 districts in Bihar are facing a severe flood. When the Minister visited the relief camp of flood victims, women asked him for chapatis for the children but the Union Minister of State for Home Nityanand Rai refused and said women to cook by themselves.
