Human Rights body wants solutions over Phoenix killings

The CRL Rights Commission is focusing on social cohesion in Phoenix after the unrest in KwaZulu-Natal. Thirty-six people were killed in a matter of days, and several vehicles burnt. Commission chair Professor David Mosoma says a fact-finding process has begun, which will be followed by a solutions-driven phase.
