Vinesh Phogat has been suspended for indiscipline. It is reported that the star wrestler refused to train with the rest of the athletes in the Olympic Village. He did not even show the name of the sponsors on the official kit of Team India in the Olympics. Instead of sponsoring WFI, he promoted another brand by putting it in his kit. WFI has now issued notice against Vinesh till August 16, for which Vinesh will have to answer.

विनेश फोगाट को अनुशासनहीनता के चलते ससपेंड किया गया है। ऐसा बताया गया है की स्टार पहलवान ने ओलंपिक गांव में बाकी एथलीटों के साथ प्रशिक्षण लेने से इनकार कर दिया था। उन्होंने ओलंपिक में टीम इंडिया के आधिकारिक किट पर प्रायोजकों का नाम भी शो नहीं किया। उन्होंने ने WFI के प्रायोजकों की जगह किसी दूसरे ब्रांड को ही अपनी किट में लगा कर प्रोमोट किया। WFI ने अब विनेश के खिलाफ नोटिस 16 अगस्त तक नोटिस जारी किया है जिसका जवाब विनेश को देना होगा।
