Hundreds of grieving Barcelona supporters gathered on Sunday outside the Camp Nou stadium trying to catch a glimpse of Lionel Messi as the now former captain of the club was giving a farewell press conference.

Struggling to control his emotions, Lionel Messi said in his farewell to Barcelona that he wasn't prepared to leave the club.

Messi began crying even before he started speaking at his farewell ceremony and had to stop talking to compose himself a few times.

The Argentinian striker avoided speaking specifically about his future, saying he had received offers from several clubs after the announcement that he would leave the Catalan club.

When asked about Paris Saint-Germain, however, Messi admitted it was "a possibility."
