Neeraj Chopra became only the second individual Olympic gold medalist for Independent India after Abhinav Bindra won shooting gold in 2008. Neeraj recorded a throw of 87.57 m on Saturday at the Tokyo Olympics and secured a historic gold medal for India in athletics.
