Bihar Government seems to forget the promise of constructing AIIMS in Darbhanga which was announced six years ago. Some students started such a campaign in Bihar which gives a unique knock-in itself. A campaign was started to remind the governments of the promise of making AIIMS. Brick was asked from house to house, but why? On the ground where AIIMS was to be built, there is garbage far and filth all around, but the foundation of AIIMS is not even visible on this vacant land of Darbhanga, which was announced 6 years ago in 2015.
