Former judges on UAPA and Sedition Law said – need to end it as soon as possible. Four former Supreme Court judges, Justice Aftab Alam, Justice Madan B. Lokur, Justice Gopal Gowda and Justice Deepak Gupta expressed concern over the misuse of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act i.e. UAPA and Sedition Law in the country and said that the time has come to end them.

Supreme Court के चार पूर्व न्यायाधीश जस्टिस आफताब आलम, जस्टिस मदन बी. लोकुर, जस्टिस गोपाल गौड़ा और जस्टिस दीपक गुप्ता ने देश में गैरकानूनी गतिविधियां रोकथाम अधिनियम यानी UAPA और Sedition Law के दुरुपयोग पर चिंता जताते हुए कहा कि अब इन्हें खत्म करने का समय आ गया है.
