Gram Flour(Besan) - 2 cups
Red Chilli Powder - To taste
Turmeric(Haldi) powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander(Dhaniya) Powder - 1 tsp
Asafoetida(Hing) - 1/4 tsp
Salt - To taste
Cumin(Jeera) - 1 tsp
Carrom(Ajwain) Seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander - 1 tbsp
Water - to make batter
Shimla Mirch Fry:
Oil - 4 tbsp
