The most important days for worshiping Lord Shiva are Monday, Pradosh, Shivratri and Sawan. In such a situation, only a few days from now, the month of Sawan is going to start in the year 2021. It is believed that in the month of Shravan of the Hindu calendar, the importance of fasting on Monday on the day of Lord Shiva increases even more. Experts believe that every Monday in the month of Sawan, Shiva devotees should eat only at night and spend the whole day in worship of Shiva.

भगवान शिव की उपासना के लिए सबसे खास दिन सोमवार, प्रदोष, शिवरात्रि और सावन के दिन माने जाते हैं। ऐसे में अब से चंद दिनों बाद ही साल 2021 में सावन का माह शुरु होने जा रहा है। माना जाता है कि हिन्दू कैलेंडर के श्रावण महीने में भगवान शिव के दिन सोमवार के व्रत का महत्व और भी बढ़ जाता है। जानकारों का मानना है कि सावन के महीने में शिव भक्तों को प्रत्येक सोमवार को केवल रात में ही भोजन करना चाहिए और पूरा दिन शिव जी की उपासना में बिताना चाहिए।
