Heavy rain has wreaked havoc in Maharashtra's Ratnagiri, Amravati, Satara, and several other cities. Meanwhile, two linemen were stuck in mid-air above the swollen river in Palghar district while carrying out electrical work. The two were rescued by the NDRF team.
