Parliament का monsoon session का आगाज हंगामेदार रहा. हंगामे के कारण Lok Sabha और Rajya Sabha की कार्यवाही स्थगित करनी पड़ी. वहीं लोक सभा में विपक्ष के हंगामे पर केंद्रीय मंत्री Narendra Singh Tomar ने कहा कि जब मंत्रिमंडल का विस्तार होता है और नए मंत्रियों की शपथ होती है, उसके बाद PM मंत्रिपरिषद के सदस्यों का परिचय कराते हैं. PM उसी परंपरा का निर्वाह कर रहे थे, लेकिन कांग्रेस ने हंगामा किया, ये बहुत निंदनीय है.
