Hey everyone, it's Ariana and say I'm gonna break down for you how to make the most perfect carrot cake and you can tell yourself it's healthy too because there's carrots and there were fine vitamins.

Carrot Cake Recipe/Method:
Start by cracking four eggs into a bowl along with a cup and a half of vegetable oil and wish this together, adding about a cup and a half of granulated sugar. Next I wished in three cups of grated carrots, which ended up being about three large carats worth, and then poured in two teaspoons of cinnamon, two teaspoons of baking soda and a teaspoon of salt. Then I use this fun little hand crank sifter to sift into cups of all purpose flour, whisking it into the rest of the ingredients until I had a nice smooth batter. Oh look at that. Then I took a stick of butter and greased up to cake pants, adding a little bit of flowers, shaking that around and then dumping it out, which make sure that the cake doesn't stick. Then I poured in that batter and smoothed it out and the cakes bake low and slow at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Enjoy

Note: Once the cakes were completely cooled, I whipped up this homemade cream cheese frosting, which I'm gonna show you how to make on the next video and decorated the cake, finishing it off a little Sprinkle of cinnamon and give the cake to my grandpa for his birthday.
