PAS deputy president Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man said that he did no see the white flag campaign as something negative and encouraged the public to help those that are in need.

He said you cannot blame people who put up white flags as they were in need of help and had put them up to request for aid.

He said this in a video uploaded on his Youtube channel today.
