Filmmaker Karan Johar announced the release date of Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani's much-awaited film 'Shershaah'. The makers also shared an intriguing teaser of the film on social media. The film that has been the talk of the town for the past two years is finally slated to release ahead of Independence Day 2021 on Amazon Prime Video on August 12.

करगिल हीरो विक्रम बत्रा के ऊपर बन रही फिल्म 'Shershaah' का आज Teaser लॉन्च कर दिया गया। इसके साथ ही फिल्म की रिलीज डेट का भी एलान कर दिया गया है। यह बहुप्रतीक्षित वार ड्रामा कारगिल युद्ध के हीरो Captain Vikram Batra के जीवन से प्रेरित है, जिनका किरदार Sidharth Malhotra निभा रहे हैं। कारगिल युद्ध के समय शेरशाह विक्रम बत्रा का कोडनेम था जिस पर फिल्म का नाम रखा गया है।
