Yesterday PM Modi was in his assembly constituency Varanasi after 8 months where he laid the foundation stone of new schemes worth 1500 crores. It is believed that the PM has kickstarted the campaign for the 2022 assembly elections from the stage. Now the question is whether PM Modi's visit to Varanasi was an election tour?
