Rare Owl Spotted By Locals In Odisha, Rescued By Forest Officials

A rare bird species was spotted by locals in Sikharpur area of Cuttack on Thursday. The barn owl, which is a protected species under schedule 3 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 was later rescued by the forest department officials.
