Team India के युवा खिलाड़ियों ने पिछले कुछ वक्त से शानदार खेल दिखाया है। IPL 2020 में युवा भारतीय खिलाड़ियों ने शानदार प्रदर्शन किया, फिर Team India ने Australia को उन्हीं की धरती पर हराया उसमे भी युवा खिलाड़ियों का योगदान काफी शानदार रहा, इसके बाद 2021 में इंग्लैंड को अपनी घरेलू सीरीज में मात दी जिसमे भी युवाओं का बहुत बड़ा हाथ रहा। इन शदनार पर्फॉर्मन्सेस की वजह से कई युवा खिलाड़ियों ने दिग्गजों का ध्यान अपनी ओर खींचा। अब पूर्व दिग्गज खिलाड़ी Suresh Raina ने भी अपने पसंदीदा युवा भारतीय खिलाड़ियों, जिनसे वो प्रभावित हुए हैं, उनके नाम बताये हैं। हैरान करने वाली बात यहां ये है की उन्होंने Rishabh Pant का नाम इस लिस्ट में नहीं लिया है।

The Indian team is currently blessed to have one of the most talented crop of youngsters, and former India batsman Suresh Raina is highly impressed with this talent pool in the country. There have been a host of players who have cemented their place in the side. Some of them are in England at present, gearing up for the Test series, while others will be trying to prove their mettle in the series against Sri Lanka.
