Violence marks Uttar Pradesh's block panchayat elections. Clash, chaos, take place during the voting. Elections are being held for 476 posts of block chiefs today. Clashes were witnessed in several parts of the states like- Barabanki, Lakhimpur, Amroha, Hamirpur, and Muzaffarnagar. In Hamirpur, police charges lathi after BJP and SP workers clashes.
