All Victorians in New South Wales have been urged to return immediately, as the Andrews government warns the border could harden further. Currently, Greater Sydney, The Blue Mountains and the Central Coast are considered red zones and cannot enter Victoria. Anyone from the rest of the state must isolate until they receive a negative test after entering Victoria, other than those in border communities.
