Ahead of much-anticipated Union Cabinet reshuffle which is expected to take place on July 8, Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) national president Chirag Paswan on July 06 said his uncle Pashupati Kumar Paras could not be appointed as Cabinet minister from the LJP quota since he is no longer a part of the party. “Making him (Pashupati Paras) a Union Min on LJP quota isn't possible as party's executive board expelled him. I informed PM through letter. If he's appointed min as MP of my party I'll go to court. No problem if he's appointed minister as independent MP or from JDU,” Chirag said in a press conference in Patna. Chirag’s statement comes amid reports of his uncle Pashupati is getting an invite to join PM’s Union Cabinet later in the week.
