Heavy rainfall in Bihar has triggered floods in various districts of the state. Thirty-one of the total 38 districts in Bihar have received large excess rainfall in the first three weeks of the southwest monsoon season. Somewhere the bike riders were drowned in the flood while a boat full of people got overturned. In Darbhanga's Ghanshyampur, a two-storey school was submerged in water, while after the rain, floods have created panic in many villages. As a result, flood alerts have been issued in some districts. Watch this video.
