Ingredients –
-Cleaned curry cut Fish – 250g
-Crushed Garlic - 20-25 Cloves
-Coriander Leaves
-Curry Leaves – 10-12
-Tamarind (Imli) Water – ¼ Cup
-Chopped Tomatoes – 3 Medium
-Refines Oil – 4-6 Tbsp
-Chilli Powder – 1 Tbsp
-Salt to taste
-Turmeric Powder – ½ Tbsp
Process –
-Add all the ingredients in a pan except Tamarind water & fish
-Mix the ingredient’s well
-Add fish in mixture & marinate
-Add Tamarind Water
-Add 300ml Water
-Cover & Cook for 5 minutes on High Flame
-Open the lid & stir softly
- Cover Again & Cook for 5 minutes on high flame
-Delicious Fish curry with tamarind is ready to eat.
