Pushkar Singh Dhami was on Saturday appointed as the new chief minister of Uttarakhand. He will replace Tirath Singh Rawat, who resigned on Friday. Dhami will be the third CM of Uttarakhand in four months. The oath-taking ceremony of the new CM will be held at the Raj Bhavan at 5 pm today.
