Union Minister and President of Archery Association of India, Arjun Munda praised Indian women Archers and congratulated Deepika Kumari and Atanu Das for winning gold medals at 2021 Archery World Cup and their extraordinary performance. Further, he added, “Due these athletes, nation gets fame and it is a historical moment. Those all athletes belong to Jharkhand, but whole nation get fame due to them. Archery of India always tries to encourage these kinds of athletes. PM Narendra Modi also praised these athletes specially Deepika Kumari. I wish to all athletes and expect the same kind of performance. They performed very well after surviving pandemic problems and we proud on them”.
