Easy Chocolate Fondant

Ingredients (for 6 2-inch fondants):
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 eggs
10 tbs brown sugar
5 tbs plain flour
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Optional:
Caramel toffee
White chocolate chips
Instructions:
In a small bowl put the chocolate and butter. microwave for 30 seconds and mix until combined.
In a large bowl put eggs and whisk for 1 minute. Add sugar and whisk for 1 more minute.
Add melted chocolate and butter mix, vanilla extract, and whisk to combine.
Pour the batter into baking cups. Optional: put one caramel toffee or a few pieces of white chocolate chips in each cup.
Bake 350C/180F for 15 minutes
