A man whose relatives live in the collapsed Florida building says he's hardly seen rescue workers searching for survivors, as they stay at an apartment overlooking the scene. Officials say teams are working from underneath the building, cutting through debris from the basement. Mike Salberg flew to Miami from New York just hours after the Surfside building collapsed. He believes his uncle, Chaim Rosenberg, who he affectionately calls 'Harry', as well as Rosenberg's daughter and son in law are trapped under the rubble.
