Four Sydney local government areas will be subject to lockdown orders after health authorities announced 22 new locally acquired COVID-19 cases. 17 of these new cases are linked to a birthday party which the Chief Health Officer, Dr Kerry Chant, has described as a ‘super spreader’ event.
