Fugitive diamond trader Nirav Modi, accused of PNB scam and money laundering, will now have to return to India. Nirav Modi has now got a strong setback from the court of United Kingdom. The court has rejected his petition seeking stay from extradition to India. And thus he has lost the first stage of his appeal against extradition to India.
