Mumbai Style Irani Keema Recipe
Today I am sharing an amazing and authentic recipe of Irani Keema Pav. It is one of the famous dish served in Bombay Irani cafes along with Indian bread. Hope u will like my recipe. Do give this a try and share ur experience in comments.
Ingredients
For Boiling keema:
Mutton Mince or Keema - 250g
Salt - to taste
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Onion - 1 chopped
Water - 1 cup
For Keema:
Oil - 1/4 cup
Cumin - 1 tsp
Bay leaves - 2
Cinnamon stick - 1
Star anise - 1
Green Cardamon - 1
Black peppercone - 10
Onion - 1 chopped
Green masala paste - 1/2 cup ( 6 to 8 + 1/2 cup coriander leaves )
Yoghurt or curd - 1/4 cup
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp or as per taste
Green peas - 1/2 cup
Water - 1 cup
Dill leaves or suva bhaji - 1/2 cup
Kasturi methi - 1 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp
