Health Ministry addressed a press conference in New Delhi on June 22, Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan talked about the new variant ‘Delta and Delta Plus’ of COVID. He said, “Delta plus variant found in India and its 22 cases have been reported so far. This variant of COVID has been categorized as a variant of interest that means it is placed in a serious category”.
