23-year-old Mavya Sudan is the first daughter from Jammu and Kashmir to have the distinction of becoming a female fighter pilot in the Indian Air Force. Maya, a resident of Rajouri, is the 12th female fighter pilot of the country. Maya was the only female fighter pilot in the passing out parade held at the Dundigal Air Force Academy in Telangana.

23 साल की माव्‍या सूदन जम्‍मू-कश्‍मीर की पहली ऐसी बेटी हैं जिन्‍हें भारतीय वायुसेना में महिला फाइटर पायलट बनने का गौरव हासिल हुआ है। राजौरी की रहने वालीं माव्‍या देश की 12वीं महिला फाइटर पायलट हैं। तेलंगाना की डुंडिगल वायुसेना अकादमी में हुए पासिंग आउट परेड में माव्‍या इकलौती महिला फाइटर पायलट के रूप में शामिल रहीं।
