For the first time in Bihar, black and white fungus have been found together in two patients. Both the infected are admitted to the Indira Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (IGIMS). The team of doctors surgically separated the fungus from the body of both the patients. Both the patients are now said to be out of danger. Now the institute is studying black and white fungus found together. IGIMS Medical Superintendent Dr Manish Mandal says that the team of doctors is doing a much better job in black fungus.

बिहार में पहली बार दो मरीजों में ब्लैक और व्हाइट फंगस एक साथ मिले हैं। दोनों संक्रमित इंदिरा गांधी आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (IGIMS) में भर्ती हैं। डॉक्टरों की टीम ने सर्जरी से दोनों मरीजों के शरीर से फंगस को अलग कर दिया है। दोनों मरीज अब खतरे से बाहर बताए जा रहे हैं। अब संस्थान एक साथ मिले ब्लैक एंड व्हाइट फंगस की स्टडी कर रही है। IGIMS के मेडिकल सुपरिटेंडेंट डॉ मनीष मंडल का कहना है कि डॉक्टरों की टीम ब्लैक फंगस में काफी बेहतर काम कर रही है।
