The third installment of unlocking has started in Delhi from today. Markets, shops, and malls will be fully opened. The shops will be opened from 10 am to 8 pm. Weekly markets are also being opened. Apart from this, restaurants will also run with 50 percent of customers. Religious places are also being opened but without devotees.
