India witnessed a record 3,49,691 new coronavirus infections and 2,767 deaths in the last 24 hours. Union Health Ministry informed that five states including Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, Gujarat and Kerala contribute 54 per cent of the fresh cases.
