The accused minor in the sensational Nayagarh minor girl murder case has refused to undergo Narco analysis test. The Special Investigation Team probing the case had produced the accused minor before the Juvenile Justice Board (JJB) in Nayagarh. The investigation team had pleaded for a narco test of the accused and the hearing of the same was conducted at the Juvenile Justice Board today.

While the consent of the concerned person is necessary for Narco analysis test, the accused minor has reportedly refused to undergo the test. After hearing both the sides, the Juvenile Justice Board will be giving its decision today.

According to sources, the accused minor will be sent to a Juvenile home in Angul after the hearing today.
