The Excise Department today seized 11 quintal cannabis and arrested three persons today near the National Highway in Berhampur.

The officials detained one truck and two four-wheelers, which were transporting cannabis from Uttarakhand to Berhampur. While a ton of cannabis was seized from the truck, rest of the contraband item was seized from a car and a van.
