After going missing for nearly three days, Birju Kulu has been traced to Talcher in Angul district. Birju had recently returned to his native village in the district after spending 20 years in a Pakistan jail.

According to Sundergarh SP Sagarika Nath, a special team led by the inspector in-charge (IIC) of Kutra Police Station in the district has left for Talcher to bring him back to his home district. She also said that Birju’s health condition is stable.

Kulu had gone missing on Saturday night (January 2) following which his sister had lodged a complaint at Kutra Police Station the following day.
