According to the Hindu calendar , Vat Savitri fast is celebrated on the day of Jyeshtha Krishna Amavasya . Which will be celebrated this year i.e. in 2021 on Thursday, 10 June 2021. This day women wash their hair during the early morning bath. After this, the idol of Brahma should be established by filling sand in a bamboo basket. Then install the idol of Savitri on the left side of Brahma. Similarly, after setting up the idols of Satyavan and Savitri in the second basket, the baskets should be kept under the banyan tree. After the worship of Brahma and Savitri, water should be given to the root of the elder after worshiping Savitri and Satyavan. हिंदू कलैंडर के अनुसार ज्येष्ठ कृष्ण अमावस्या के दिन वट सावित्री व्रत मनाया जाता है। जो इस साल यानि 2021 में गुरुवार,10 जून 2021 को मनाया जाएगा। इस दिन स्त्रियां सुबह सवेरे स्नान के दौरान केशों को भी धोती है। इसके बाद बांस की टोकरी में रेत भरकर ब्रह्मा की मूर्ति की स्थापना करनी चाहिए। फिर ब्रह्मा के वाम पार्श्व में सावित्री की मूर्ति स्थापित करें। इसी तरह दूसरी टोकरी में सत्यवान और सावित्री की मूर्तियों की स्थापना करके टोकरियों को वट वृक्ष के नीचे ले जाकर रखना चाहिए। ब्रह्मा और सावित्री के पूजन के बाद सावित्री और सत्यवान की पूजा करके बड़ की जड़ में पानी देना चाहिए। जल, मौली, रोली, कच्चा सूत, भिगोया हुआ चना, गुड़, फूल और धूप-दीप से वट वृक्ष की पूजा की जाती है। जल से वट वृक्ष को सींचकर उसके तने के चारों ओर कच्चा धागा लपेटकर तीन बार परिक्रमा करनी चाहिए। वट सावित्री पूजा 2021: कोरोना काल में वट सावित्री पूजा घर पर कैसे करें ?
