More than 3,000 people have been affected in Assam's Lakhimpur district following incessant rainfall in the state and some parts of Arunachal Pradesh.The floodwaters have also submerged 422.2 hectares of cropland in Lakhimpur and Dhemaji districts.On the other hand, a bamboo bridge was washed away by the floodwaters of Ranganadi river in Pachnoi area in Lakhimpur district on Sunday.
