On Saturday, the Chief Minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal announced the new unlock plan. City markets and shopping malls in the city will be allowed to open on an odd-even basis. Giving detailed impetus to the Delhi "unlocking" plan, CM Kejriwal said that the city will have to follow the new unlock guidelines to find its way out of the devastating second wave of coronavirus.
