Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced that with some relaxations the state will be unlocked, but lockdown will be there for some activities. According to him, “Markets, Malls to be opened on odd-even basis .The private offices will be allowed to function with 50% staff. Group A staff of government offices will be allowed to function with 100%, Group B with 50% staff capacity”. He also gave green signal to Delhi Metro to resume services with 50% capacity.
