New cases of corona have decreased in Uttar Pradesh. Permission has been given to open markets in more than 65 districts. But, in Uttar Pradesh's Deoria, a mall was opened. When the police reached the mall, around 150 people were caught flouting corona guidelines. With some conditions, unlock was allowed in Deoria, but there was no permission to open the mall.
