The Uttar Pradesh government announced relaxations in Covid-related curbs of 61 districts of the state from 1 June, while curfew remain same in 14 districts with an active coronavirus caseload of over 600. The 14 districts of UP where corona curfew will remain as before include Lucknow, Meerut, Saharanpur, Varanasi, Gorakhpur, Muzaffarnagar, Ghaziabad, Gautam Budh Nagar, Bulandshahr, Jhansi, Lakhimpur Kheri, Jaunpur, Ghazipur, and Bareilly.
